2. How do I log in?
You can log in from the RLG website.  Please watch this video on how to log in:
3. How do I get the tabs and downloads?
You can watch this video that shows you around the members area including how to get tabs.
The tabs are below the video lessons. Be sure and scroll down and click the orange text that has the tab.  When you hover over the tab the text will change colors from orange to green.
4. How do i get the most out of the membership?

5. How do I change my password?
Click to visit the log in page.
Then look at the bottom where is says:
Lost your password?  Enter your email address and i will send you a new one
Then enter your email to get a password reset email.
When you change your password, the box may auto fill and suggest a password with all those crazy letters and numbers.
Just change the password to what you want it to be and write it down somewhere for safe keeping.
If you have trouble contact me at and let me know and I may be able to reset it for you.
6. How do I change my billing info?
To update your credit card information:
  • Log into the membership
  • Scroll down to where it says ‘My Account”
  • Under “My memberships” click on “update billing info”
  • Update your card information
7. How do I search for a certain song lesson?
Look on the right hand sidebar in the members area for the search box.  Type in the name of the song or artist and then click the orange search button so it turns green
8.How do I join the RLG Members only Facebook group?
Click here and then click the “Join Group” button and we will approve you for the group
9. How do I take part in the challenges?
Just click here to head over to the RLG Acoustic Guitar Challenge Group and ask to join the group if you have not already.
10. How do I order a RLG  t shirt or RLG coffee mug?
